Why Dao Yoga Walnut Creek classes?
Dao Yoga classes increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, balance hormones, cleanse and flush all the body's internal systems, calm the mind and reduce stress.
Our classes are non-competitive and focus on safely progressing from easy to more challenging exercises. Lessons are suitable for all levels.

Our Students notice a significant difference after a few lessons. They feel more energetic and are better able to cope with the hectic daily life of work, friends, family, and other things that demand attention.
Small groups and our experience offer an opportunity to recognize and possibly push boundaries. We are happy to share our knowledge with anyone who stays with us for a short or longer period of time.
